Flatseamer Machine
In today's time Performance wear is quite in demand because of their comfort and looks.
All the international brands like Adidas,Reebok and Puma are incorporating flatseamer seam
because of it's looks and comfort.
Earlier manufacturer used overlock and flatlock for joining 2 panel in 2 shorts but with the help of this machine they can do it in a single shot.
The flatseamer machine joins the two edges of the fabric from center allowing to trim the excess fabric
collected in the waste bucket with the help of Air Suction.
Machine seam is very comfortable (not itchy and not having thickness) and that's why all small activesear manufacturer also started to use this seam in their article.
Flatseamer comes in 2 types of Gauge 5.2 mm and 6 mm and comes in Feed Off the Arm shape.
Machine is having 4 Needles ( 1 more needle is there but that is blind) and 6 thread can be used
You can use any type of thread like Polyester or cotton but textured polyester thread will be best for
stretchable fabric.
Manufacturer also used this machines in Innerwear because of smooth finish.
