Tips for Industrial Marketing

 





Industrial Marketing is totally different between door to door marketing. In my opinion it is complete process and if you lack in between you can loose the sales. The best marketing doesn't feel like Marketing.

In door to door or in direct sales we could get results in the same day or two but in Industrial sales we need to complete the process and without doing it we can not get anything.

There are some tips in my mind which i need to mention in front of reader and hopefully they can get some benefits with the help of these.

Tip 1-


Service should be first Priority-

Industrial sales is totally a service Industry. I have seen too many sales person who follow the Customer but after getting sales just leave them. In Industrial Marketing main job for sales person starts only after getting sales as customer believe on them and that's why they chosen them for buying but if they will get a proper services then next time they can not believe on sales person. So after getting sales ,Sales person should be more committed towards services required from customer.

Tip 2-



Personal interaction with down to top level-

In Industrial Marketing Sales Person should have personal interaction with down to top level as everyone will be responsible for the sales in the end.He should have relation with Big boss, purchase manager, production manager, technical manager and etc. As everyone will be in influencer in sale at the end.

Tip 3-


Repo with Big Boss-

Sales might be having good relation in down line but only with their help he can not get the sales.

So interaction with Decision maker is most important. In Industrial Marketing sales person can not meet decision maker on daily basis but they should make some connection with them with the help of any available sources.

Tip 4-


Increase cold calls-

Cold call is the very important factor for door to door sales but it's also very important for Industrial marketing. At the end sales is also a number game so we should increase our Data Base as much as possible.

Tip 5-


Follow Up-

As i said that Industrial sales is a complete process so Follow Up is also very important. We need to have connection directly with customer in daily basis. For sales person it's very important that he should have complete information of customer side which he can get only when he is in follow up with the customer.

We need to understand that sales should be End with win win situation for Buyer and Seller both.
